Parking: Focus, Click, Totality!
The Greater Rochester Area will host an estimated 300,000 visitors as the region celebrates being in the path of totality for the total solar eclipse. This rare celestial experience happened locally in 1925 and, after this one, will not occur again until 2144!
Side street parking is extremely limited with an array of eclipse activities also planned at the Rochester Museum & Science Center and the Memorial Art Gallery. A limited number of parking spaces are available at the museum for those who purchase a $100 parking pass (not including admission). Park at GEM and explore all of the other festivities within walk distance. Parking passes are non-refundable.
